When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and username. When you log personal records, we store the event name, category, value, date achieved, and any photos or notes you choose to attach. Profile photos and banner images you upload are also stored.
We use your information solely to provide and improve MyPRList's services — displaying your records, enabling comparisons with other users, and powering public profiles. We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third-party for any reason.
By default, your profile and personal records are visible to other MyPRList users and to anyone with the link.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to store your timezone offset for accurate date display. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising networks.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of passwords and secure transmission of sensitive information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your profile, records, photos, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers immediately. Since we delete all data associated with your account, your email address may be reused for a new account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the site, we will not send these notices by emailing you. Continued use of MyPRList after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By accessing or using MyPRList, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your password secure. You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating leaderboards or other features.
You retain ownership of all content you post on MyPRList, including personal records, photos, and profile information. By posting content, you grant MyPRList a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the service (including on public profile pages and leaderboards).

MyPRList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of personal records posted by users, the availability of the service at any given time, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
